Tracy McCarthy - Executive Officer Grower and Industry Engagement
Tracy is responsible for all grower facing teams including, Grower Relations, Grower Commercial services and Grower Extension (GET), Global Public Affairs and Communications, and Māori Alliances.
Mal leads the Grower Relations Managers and the Grower Service Centre team, playing a key role in connecting Zespri with growers.
Glen Arrowsmith - Head of Grower and Industry Relations
Glen leads Zespri's connection with growers and industry, including grower roadshows, shed talks and town halls, as well as the digital interface with Canopy and Grower digital tools.
Meet our Grower Relations Managers
Our Grower Relations Managers (GRM) are the face of Zespri. They are there to represent and support all our valued growers. Each manager looks after a group of regions, and each orchard has a dedicated GRM who acts as the grower's account manager.
