Zespri’s Annual Report 2024/25 is now live, reflecting the progress we made in delivering strong value to growers and shareholders and reaching some significant milestones including exceeding the goal we set 10 years ago of reaching $4.5 billion in global revenue by 2025.
We sold a record 220.9 million trays of Zespri Kiwifruit globally, with direct returns to the New Zealand industry exceeding $3 billion. Net profit after tax excluding licence revenue reached a record $79.8 million, supported by strong market performance and operational efficiencies.
With our 2025/26 season having started strongly, our focus remains maximising value for growers and building on the work we’ve done in recent years to strengthen industry alignment.
Together, we’re building a future-fit industry that will be well placed to achieve long-term success and maximise value for growers, industry partners and our communities.
Join us at the Annual Meeting
A reminder that the Zespri Group Limited Annual Meeting for 2025 will take place in person and online at 1pm on Thursday 21 August at Mercury Baypark, in Mount Maunganui.
The formal Notice of Meeting and Proxy Forms are now available on Canopy and will be sent to shareholders by Computershare later today.
Shareholders may vote at the meeting in person or online, appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, or vote in advance. Advance voting (online or by post) and proxy appointments close at 1pm on 19 August. Companies and other incorporated bodies must appoint a representative as a proxy if they wish to vote at the Annual Meeting either in person or voting online during the meeting.
