Today we've published our 2025/26 Annual Report, reflecting the strong value delivered to our growers, customers and shareholders over the year.
The year saw Zespri deliver a record crop in a more challenging global environment. It also marked the launch of our 2035 strategy, which sets a clear ambition for Zespri to become the world's healthiest fruit brand by 2035.
Building on the strength of our industry, our strategy is designed to help us unleash brand-led demand, transform global supply and create the product portfolio of the future - supporting a resilient industry that delivers value for years to come.

Join us at the Annual Meeting
A reminder that the Zespri Group Limited Annual Meeting for 2026 will take place in person and online at 1pm on Thursday 20 August at Mercury Baypark, in Mount Maunganui.
The formal Notice of Meeting and Proxy Forms are now available on Canopy and will be sent to shareholders by Computershare later today.
Shareholders may vote at the meeting in person or online, appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, or vote in advance. Advance voting (online or by post) and proxy appointments close at 1pm on 18 August. Companies and other incorporated bodies must appoint a representative as a proxy if they wish to vote at the Annual Meeting either in person or voting online during the meeting.
