Congratulations to Nick Pridgeon, our 2026 Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme Scholar.
Nick brings more than a decade of hands‑on experience across the kiwifruit industry, along with a strong passion for developing people as well as producing great crops. Currently a Senior Orchard Manager at Pivot Horticulture, he has built deep technical expertise through roles spanning orchard management, grower services and contracting, underpinned by a highly regarded, people‑first leadership style.
Nick is undertaking the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme to build practical leadership tools he can apply day to day - supporting teams, strengthening capability, and contributing to a more connected and resilient industry. His focus extends beyond his own development, with a strong commitment to helping others progress in their careers.
The Kellogg Programme will support Nick as he works towards future leadership roles and continues to play an active part in developing the next generation of orchard managers and industry leaders. We’re proud to support Nick on this journey and look forward to the impact of his leadership, now and into the future.
